- 250 g jasmine rice
- 1/4 kg chicken thick fillet, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chorizo, sliced
- 1/3 cup peas, frozen
- 1/3 cup corn kernels, frozen
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 450 mL water

- Wash and rinse jasmine rice.
- In the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Casserole, add rice, chicken, chorizo, peas, corn, bell pepper, tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, and canola oil. Blend well until rice and other ingredients are mixed well with tomato paste and tomato sauce.
- Add water. Cover with the Smart Lid with vapor vent closed.
- Cook for 20 minutes in medium-high setting.
- Serve while hot.
