Ingredients

  • 4 Persons
  • cream dory
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 small orange
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges, to garnish

tomato and red pepper salsa:

  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • juice of 1 small orange
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Using the Speedy Chopper, chop the garlic and mix together with oil, orange juice, salt and pepper to taste, and spoon over the fish steaks.
  2. Combine all the salsa ingredients in the Speedy Chopper and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a serving bowl.
  3. Put the lightly oiled TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan over high heat and cook fish steaks for 1 - 2 minutes on each side, basting from time to time with the oil mixture.
  4. Place the fish steaks on plates and grind over some black pepper. Garnish with wedges of orange and serve with salsa.
