Fish and Steak Salsa

- cream dory
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 small orange
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 orange, cut into wedges, to garnish
tomato and red pepper salsa:
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- juice of 1 small orange
- 15 g (1/2 oz) fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

- Using the Speedy Chopper, chop the garlic and mix together with oil, orange juice, salt and pepper to taste, and spoon over the fish steaks.
- Combine all the salsa ingredients in the Speedy Chopper and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a serving bowl.
- Put the lightly oiled TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan over high heat and cook fish steaks for 1 - 2 minutes on each side, basting from time to time with the oil mixture.
- Place the fish steaks on plates and grind over some black pepper. Garnish with wedges of orange and serve with salsa.
