- 1/4 cup mango jam
- 1/4 kilo beef steak
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste

- In the Speedy Chopper, blend balsamic vinegar, mango jam, and garlic until smooth. Marinate beef steaks in the vinegar-jam-garlic mixture. Store and seal mixture in Pak N Stor. Set aside marinade and chill for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to cook, melt butter in the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan. Place steaks and cook 5-7 minutes on each side.
- When steaks are almost done, add in the marinade if desired. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
