  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 150g pre-steamed spinach
  • Parmesan cheese, as desired
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Open tin can with the Tupperware Can Opener. Drain artichokes well.
  2. Chop artichokes and spinach using the Speedy Chopper. Set aside in the Crescendo Bowl.
  3. In the same Speedy Chopper, blend sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth.
  4. Add to Crescendo Bowl and toss with artichokes and spinach.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese as desired.
  6. Serve chilled. Enjoy with crackers or toasted bread.
