- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 150g pre-steamed spinach
- Parmesan cheese, as desired
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese

- Open tin can with the Tupperware Can Opener. Drain artichokes well.
- Chop artichokes and spinach using the Speedy Chopper. Set aside in the Crescendo Bowl.
- In the same Speedy Chopper, blend sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Add to Crescendo Bowl and toss with artichokes and spinach.
- Add Parmesan cheese as desired.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy with crackers or toasted bread.
