Instructions

Ingredients

  • 4 Persons
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 kilo skinless chicken breast fillet
  • cooking oil, top pan fry


Yogurt Dip:

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced, seeded and peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp rock salt

Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, coriander, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in the Fridgemates Pak N Stor with lemon juice to make into a paste.
  2. Coat chicken with the spice mix and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan, pan-fry the chicken until golden brown. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.


Yogurt Dip:

  1. In the Speedy Chopper using the blades, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint, cumin, and salt. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with more fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges.
