Tandoori-Inspired Chicken with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 4 Persons
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 kilo skinless chicken breast fillet
- cooking oil, top pan fry
Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sliced, seeded and peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp rock salt

- Combine paprika, coriander, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in the Fridgemates Pak N Stor with lemon juice to make into a paste.
- Coat chicken with the spice mix and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in the TUPPERCHEF Inspire Frypan, pan-fry the chicken until golden brown. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Yogurt Dip:
- In the Speedy Chopper using the blades, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint, cumin, and salt. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with more fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges.
