Baked Chicken With Turmeric Rice

- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- lemon juice, from 2 lemon wedges (optional)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 pcs chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp green bell pepper
Honey Mustard Sauce:
- 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/8 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp bottled barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika

- Preheat oven at 230C.
- Combine garlic, oregano, juice from 1 lemon wedge, olive oil, and pepper in the Speedy Chopper to make a rub. Mix until combined.
- Season chicken with salt and rub mixture. Spread it on the skin as well.
- When the oven is ready, place the chicken with skin side up and bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked.
- Make the honey mustard sauce by placing all the ingredients in the Speedy Chopper. Pull the cord and mix until combined. Pour the sauce into the My Snack
For the Turmeric Rice:
- Preheat the Chef Series Inspire Plus Frypan and pour oil. Fry the rice thoroughly.
- Add the turmeric powder, season with salt and pepper and toss the green bell pepper. Mix well.
- Let it cool and pack with the baked chicken inside the My Lunch.
