Ingredients

- 1 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced morcon style
- 3 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 pc whole pickle, cut into 4 strips
- 1 pc hotdog, cut into 4 strips
- 1 small carrot, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into 4 strips
- 1 hard-boiled egg, cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, minced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup canned liver spread
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- butcher's string to secure roll-ups

- In the Fridgemates, marinate and refrigerate beef with calamansi and soy sauce for at least 2 hours.
- Put the marinated beef on a flat surface and place the pickles, hotdog, carrot, cheese, and egg on one side.
- Roll the meat with the filling and securely tie with a butcher's string.
- Dredge rolled meat in flour.
- In the Speedy Chipper, separately mince garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
- Heat cooking oil in the TupperChef Inspire Frypan. Sear all sides until brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same Frypan, saute garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
- Add liver spread, tomato paste, tomato sauce, margarine, and water. Blend well and simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put back beef roll-up and simmer with the sauce. Cover with the lid with vapor vent valve closed, and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn once in a while until cooked.
