Ingredients

  • 4 Persons
  • 1 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced morcon style
  • 3 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pc whole pickle, cut into 4 strips
  • 1 pc hotdog, cut into 4 strips
  • 1 small carrot, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into 4 strips
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup canned liver spread
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butcher's string to secure roll-ups

Instructions

  1. In the Fridgemates, marinate and refrigerate beef with calamansi and soy sauce for at least 2 hours.
  2. Put the marinated beef on a flat surface and place the pickles, hotdog, carrot, cheese, and egg on one side.
  3. Roll the meat with the filling and securely tie with a butcher's string.
  4. Dredge rolled meat in flour.
  5. In the Speedy Chipper, separately mince garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
  6. Heat cooking oil in the TupperChef Inspire Frypan. Sear all sides until brown. Remove and set aside.
  7. In the same Frypan, saute garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
  8. Add liver spread, tomato paste, tomato sauce, margarine, and water. Blend well and simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Put back beef roll-up and simmer with the sauce. Cover with the lid with vapor vent valve closed, and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn once in a while until cooked.
